Y5 are busy working on an exciting project to do with the play 'King Lear ' by William Shakespeare. They will be performing their work at the Royal Exchange in Manchester later this year which means they will not be able to perform the Passion Play in school next week as there is a lot of work involved in the Shakespeare project. Key Stage 2 pupils (Y3 -Y6 ) will be singing many of the songs from ' Hosanna ! ' next week in the Junior hall. The singing will be led by Y6 during a special 'one-off ' assembly. Parents, carers and friends from the community will not be able to attend on this occassion because of the Health and safety limits on hall capacity. | This Month's Value is... Respect!

A Great Start to the Cross Country Season!

14th Sep 2019

This weekend saw the start of the Cross Country season and we couldn’t be prouder of our fantastic team! Not only did we take away some well deserved medals, but every child finished with a smile on their face! (The glorious weather helped too!)

A special mention for those Year 3 and 4 children who joined us for the first time and raced in the Year 5 races- that took some courage and determination! Well done!

See you all at Cross Country Practice on Wednesday.
