Today (Saturday) was our Cross Country Team’s first race of the season. It was a muddy course but that didn’t stop the Green Army!
We know it’s not about the medals or the winning, but how we conduct ourselves on the course that matters most. We certainly lived our school values today. Thank you to each and every runner who have been running a weekly 3 miles every Monday in preparation for our races and who showed up today and did their very best.
There are a few special mentions today:
Year 6 Boys Team won a silver medal!
Year 4/5 Boys team took home bronze!
Year 4/5 Girls took home gold!
Individual Medals
Sam in Year 4 came first place!
Eliza in Year 4 came 2nd place!
Lily in Year 6 came 5th place- our best result for Year 6 girls in 5 years!
