There is 'Only one you'
This week, we've been reading the book 'Only one you' by Linda Kranz. In the book, a tiny fish called Adri is given some good advice to help him on his journey through the giant ocean. He learns (among others things) that there is only one of him and that he is very special and unique. In Reception, we have had lots of talks about how each one of us is different, special and unique. The children talked about their different likes and dislikes; different heights and hair colour. This led us to look at ourselves in mirrors and look at our friends; we then had lots of fun using play dough to create our faces. Each one very special, different and unique. We hope you like them and they make you smile. Have a lovely weekend and see you next week.
